Cover image for I built a lead management
I built a lead management automation in Zapier that automatically routes new leads to the right team member the moment they're added to HubSpot. When a new contact is added to a list in HubSpot, the Zap splits into three separate paths based on the lead's specific need — one path for leads interested in website building, one for spreadsheet/data tool interest, and one for CRM capability interest. Each path runs its own condition check, then instantly notifies the correct specialist via a dedicated Slack channel message, so the right person picks up the lead immediately instead of it sitting in a shared inbox waiting to be manually assigned. This turns a manual "who handles this lead" decision into an instant, rule-based handoff — cutting response time and making sure no lead sits unclaimed because no one noticed it come in.

I built a fully automated GitHub trending repo discovery and reporting system in n8n, powered by Google Gemini for AI summarization and translation. The workflow runs on a schedule, pulling the last 30 days of push history and the last 24 hours of trending repos, then filters out repos already posted and calculates the top candidates. For each qualifying repo, it fetches the README and passes it to Gemini to generate a clean summary. That summary is merged into Markdown, converted to HTML, and emailed out automatically — while a parallel branch uses AI to generate a repo description, translate it to English, and push both the original and English versions as files directly into GitHub. Every posted repo is logged to prevent duplicate reporting on future runs. This isn't a simple trigger-and-notify setup — it's a branching pipeline with AI decision-making at three separate points (summarization, description generation, and translation), all coordinated so nothing gets posted twice and everything stays properly documented across formats: email report, Markdown file, and multilingual GitHub files.

Cover image for I build multi-app automation ecosystems
I build multi-app automation ecosystems that connect a business's core tools into one seamless system, rather than isolated one-off zaps. The integration map shows the range of platforms I regularly connect — from payment tools like PayPal and Stripe to communication tools like Discord and Slack to CRM and productivity platforms — all wired together so data flows automatically between them instead of being manually copied over. One example of this in action is a Make.com (http://Make.com) scenario I built for a client academy: a Webflow form submission triggers a router that splits leads into three separate paths based on their inquiry type. Each path automatically logs the entry into Coda, sends a real-time Slack notification to the right team, fires off a personalized Gmail response, and adds the contact to the correct MailerLite list — fully hands-off from form submission to follow-up. This is the kind of system that turns scattered manual tasks (checking forms, forwarding leads, updating spreadsheets, sending emails one by one) into a single automated pipeline that runs the moment a lead comes in.

Cover image for I designed and built an
I designed and built an end-to-end automation workflow in n8n that turns a single input into a fully finished, published video with zero manual editing. The pipeline generates a script and voiceover, creates the visual media, syncs captions automatically, then assembles everything into a finished video before storing it and logging it into a business tracking system. The hardest part wasn't any single step — it was getting every tool in the chain to pass data cleanly to the next, so one failed generation wouldn't break the whole run. That took a lot of testing and rebuilding until it ran reliably start to finish. The result is a system that produces content on autopilot, at a scale manual video production can't match — the kind of workflow used to scale short-form content like Shorts, TikTok, and Reels without growing a production team.
