I designed and built an end-to-end automation workflow in n8n that turns a single input into a fully finished, published video with zero manual editing. The pipeline generates a script and voiceover, creates the visual media, syncs captions automatically, then assembles everything into a finished video before storing it and logging it into a business tracking system.

The hardest part wasn't any single step — it was getting every tool in the chain to pass data cleanly to the next, so one failed generation wouldn't break the whole run. That took a lot of testing and rebuilding until it ran reliably start to finish.

The result is a system that produces content on autopilot, at a scale manual video production can't match — the kind of workflow used to scale short-form content like Shorts, TikTok, and Reels without growing a production team.
