I'm Phillip Wells — AI Workflow & System Design. I design AI workflow and research systems end to end: continuity and knowledge architecture across tools, evidence-grounded research audits, multi-system AI governance, and rule-based training simulators that grade reasoning, not just results.

Case studies include SignalBrief (source-bounded research intelligence) and VERA Operator (multi-system AI control plane). I own problem framing, system design, evaluation standards, failure diagnosis, and documentation; AI platforms provide implementation assistance under that direction.
