VisiblyAI helps brands understand how they appear across AI-generated answers from platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. As AI increasingly becomes a discovery channel, brands need visibility into how often they are mentioned, how they compare against competitors, and what actions can improve their presence.
As the lead Product Designer, I defined the UX strategy, information architecture, user flows, and high-fidelity interface design for the platform. I designed key experiences including onboarding, AI visibility dashboards, prompt analysis workflows, recommendations, and analytics tools that transform complex AI-generated data into actionable insights.
A major focus of the project was creating clear mental models for an emerging product category, balancing data density with usability, and helping users move from monitoring performance to understanding why it happens and how to improve it.
