Lintel: Sales Pipeline Dashboard for a B2B SaaS Platform
Overview
Sales dashboard for a B2B SaaS web app where distributors manage quotes and jobs. The goal was a single screen that answers "where does the pipeline stand right now" without anyone opening a report.
The problem
Pipeline data lived in separate views. Job counts in one place, quote values in another, stage progress nowhere at all. Reps opened the product to do work but had no read on performance, and managers had no fast way to see where value was stalling.
What I designed
Three KPIs at the top (active jobs, quotes sent, average quote value), each carrying a month-over-month delta so the number arrives with context instead of sitting alone.
A pipeline value chart that separates value entering the pipeline from value won and closed. Stacking the two makes the gap between activity and revenue readable in a glance, which is the question managers actually ask.
A stage breakdown across New, Quoted, Ordered and Action Required, with proportional bars, so a bottleneck registers as a shape before anyone reads a figure.
A filterable job table directly below the overview, keeping day-to-day work one click away rather than behind separate navigation.

Mobile version
Responsive behaviour
The mobile layout was rethought, not compressed. KPIs stack, the chart holds its axis labels and stays legible at narrow widths, and pipeline stages collapse into a compact summary row.
Another design direction
Deliverables
Desktop and mobile dashboard designs, a data visualization system covering chart styles, states and color logic, and component specs handed off in Figma.
Outcome
Full design file handed to the client's team for build, with the dashboard set as the default landing screen for the platform.
