StrengthMaker: AI-Powered Strengths Coaching Platform

Designed and developed StrengthMaker, a digital coaching platform focused on personal strength development, built on the Gallup StrengthsFinder framework. The app empowers users to discover, develop, and maximize their individual strengths through a science-backed, gamified experience.

Working closely with Strengthmaker UG, I led the end-to-end mobile development — from initial architecture to App Store & Play Store deployment — delivering an MVP that is now evolving with deeper features and engagement loops.

StrengthMaker helps individuals identify their top 30 talent themes through two assessment modes: a classic questionnaire and an AI-powered scenario test. Once strengths are identified, users receive personalized development tips, strategies, and AI-guided coaching conversations tailored to their top five themes.

The platform turns personal growth into a rewarding daily habit — with weekly progress surveys, points collection, badge rewards, and an AI companion that acts as a personal coach guiding users toward their full potential.

Progress Analytics — Visual dashboards showing growth over time, strength development milestones, and engagement metrics

Built as a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter and FlutterFlow for rapid UI development, with Firebase powering the real-time backend — authentication, Firestore database, cloud functions, and push notifications. The content management and coaching curriculum delivery is powered by Kajabi, enabling the client to manage courses, assessments, and user engagement workflows without engineering dependencies.

This hybrid architecture (Flutter + Firebase + Kajabi) gave the client full control over content updates and coaching materials while maintaining a native-feeling mobile experience with real-time data sync.
