Project Overview & Evolution (2023 – Present) Launched in 2023, HeyaLink was designed as a dedicated professional social platform for the construction industry. Over the past year, it has rapidly scaled to become one of the most recognized and active digital construction networks in France. As the web platform's user base expanded, bridging the gap between the field and the office became essential, driving the strategic decision to build a high-performance mobile application to maximize user engagement.

My Role & Development Approach Working closely with my co-developer, Hamza Lako, we spearheaded the mobile evolution of the platform. I selected Flutter as the core mobile framework because of its robust cross-platform capabilities and seamless compatibility with the project’s existing PHP & Laravel REST APIs.

Building the mobile ecosystem took several months of dedicated development. Despite occasional timeline slowdowns and technical hurdles, we persevered to deliver a highly functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The result is a user-friendly interface that brings HeyaLink's powerful networking tools directly to the job site.

The Next Vision: AI & Marketplace Expansion With the mobile app live and actively utilized by French construction professionals, we are already building the next generation of HeyaLink.

Our upcoming release will integrate a custom AI engine paired with a completely refreshed UI/UX. More importantly, we are introducing solid marketplace capabilities—empowering construction professionals to seamlessly announce, market, and sell their specialized services directly within the HeyaLink ecosystem.
