A Brief Case Study for Womenish Clothing Store

Introduction

Womenish is an online fashion store for women that offers a wide range of clothing items, accessories, and footwear.

The store was founded in 2022 by two sisters, Emma and Bianca, who have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for the latest trends.

Challenge

When the store first launched, it struggled to gain traction and attract customers despite its passion for fashion and quality products.

The website was slow and unresponsive, the product descriptions were inadequate, and the overall user experience was not optimal. As a result, sales were slow and the founders were struggling to make ends meet.

The founders realized that they needed to invest in their website and marketing efforts to increase visibility and improve the user experience.

I started this project with a workshop so that I can get enough information to arrive at something.

Results

As a result of these efforts, Womenish began to gain traction and attract more customers. Sales increased steadily, and the founders were able to reinvest profits back into the business to continue to improve the user experience and expand their product offerings.

Future Steps

Use Social Media to get Traffic

To increase visibility, they should begin advertising on social media platforms and collaborating with influencers in the fashion industry.

Offer Promotions and Coupons

They should also offer discounts and promotions to new and returning customers, which could help to increase customer retention.

Keep an eye on website trends

They should also invest in their website after a few months' gaps to improve the user experience of their store.
