Commercial Space | High-Rise |3D Rendering

This commercial property manager was looking for a 3D rendering of the interior space in order to to give potential tenants the possibilities with the space. The property management company wanted to transform the small commercial space into a coworking /coffee shop.

With the clients guidance and design packet I was able to work in 3Dsmax and Vray to reproduce the desired environment. A hippie, urban chic coworking cafe.

It's a great visualization tool used at various stages of a commercial space sale or rental. It's not only great for obtaining building permits with the city, and make sure everything is in compliance with rules and regulations, it's also used by real estate agents, real estate promoters and land developers to sell and rent commercial properties without any hassle.
