Vision and Concept
A renown Dallas homebuilder wanted to sell this luxurious residence prior to construction at the highest bidding price in a short time period. We managed to help them do both. They were able to showcase the property to potential clients by helping them visualize the interior concept, design and high end material choices using architectural visualization. They wanted to focus on the material quality and design choices for the interior of the residence. With the floor plan as well as design packets and material choices provided we were able to transform the black and white 2D image into 3D rendering for our client. The client wanted a luminous and luxurious feeling rendering of 5 rooms as well as a 3D floor plan of this entire residence.
It's a great visualization tool used at various stages of a new home sale. It's not only great for obtaining building permits with the city, and make sure everything is in compliance with rules and regulations, it's also used by real estate agents, real estate promoters and land developers to sell properties without any hassle.
