The team at Microsoft faced the challenge of streamlining and simplifying the way various departments within the Global Demand Center (GDC) collaborated and accessed critical program data. The goal was to create a centralized, user-friendly platform to address these needs.
As the freelance senior digital designer on this project, I collaborated closely with key stakeholders, user-research consultants and developers to design an intuitive and scalable platform. I began by developing wireframes specific to the needs of each user group and simplifying complex data visualizations. The visual identity applied reflects Microsofts new branding.
The final design delivered a cohesive Marketplace Intelligence Portal Hub that streamlined workflows, improved collaboration, and increased productivity by centralizing data and enhancing usability.
