The team at Microsoft faced the challenge of streamlining and simplifying the way various departments within the Global Demand Center (GDC) collaborated and accessed critical program data. The goal was to create a centralized, user-friendly platform to address these needs.
As the freelance senior digital designer on this project, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product managers, and stakeholders, to design an intuitive and scalable platform. I began by conducting user research and developing wireframes to understand the specific needs of each user group. The design focused on simplifying complex data visualizations and creating an interactive experience that would allow users to easily manage campaigns and analyze progress.

The final design delivered a cohesive Marketplace Intelligence Portal Hub that streamlined workflows, improved collaboration, and increased productivity by centralizing data and enhancing usability. Users praised its intuitive interface and time-saving features, boosting operational efficiency across teams.
