Project Details: Website: https://www.ferretly.com Industry: AI / Risk Intelligence / Compliance Technology Services Provided: Figma UI/UX Design, Webflow Development, CMS Integration, Conversion Optimization
Project Background: Ferretly is an AI-powered risk intelligence platform that helps organizations detect potential risks through digital footprint and behavioral analysis. The goal of this project was to design and develop a website that communicates a highly technical, trust-sensitive product in a clear, credible, and enterprise-ready way.
The key challenge was balancing complexity with clarity — ensuring users immediately understand both the product’s value and its reliability in a compliance-driven space.
The website was designed to:
Establish instant trust through structured, professional UI
Simplify complex AI workflows into clear messaging
Appeal to enterprise and compliance-focused decision makers
Drive qualified demo requests and conversions
Support scalable growth for future features and content
From a UX perspective, the focus was on hierarchy, clarity, and controlled information flow to prevent cognitive overload while maintaining depth where needed.
The project included complete UI/UX design in Figma and full Webflow development using a scalable, component-based system.
The final result is a high-performance, conversion-focused website that positions Ferretly as a credible enterprise AI platform.

Challenge

Explaining a technical AI product in a simple, clear way
Avoiding overwhelming users with compliance-heavy content
Building trust for enterprise clients
Structuring content for multiple personas:
Compliance teams
HR / hiring teams
Legal / risk departments
Turning visitors into demo requests, not just readers

Strategy

The strategy focused on one core principle: simplifying complexity without losing authority.
Clarity-first UX Broke down AI and compliance concepts into clear, digestible sections.
Layered information architecture
High-level: quick understanding
Mid-level: features and benefits
Deep-level: technical and compliance details
Trust-driven design Clean UI, structured content, and an enterprise-grade visual language to build credibility.
Conversion path optimization Every page was designed to guide users toward a clear action: → Request Demo / Contact

Solution

UI/UX Design (Figma)

Clean, minimal interface aligned with SaaS standards
Strong typography hierarchy to improve readability
Section-based storytelling to reduce cognitive load
Consistent spacing, grids, and reusable components
AI-assisted support (light usage):
Used ChatGPT to refine content clarity and simplify technical messaging
Used Figma AI/plugins for faster layout variations and component structuring
(AI was used for speed and refinement, not decision-making)

UX Structure

Hero → Problem → Solution → Features → Proof → CTA flow
Clear segmentation of:
Use cases
Features
Industries
Logical navigation tailored for enterprise users

Webflow Development

Fully responsive across all devices
Clean class structure for scalability
CMS setup for:
Blog / insights
Resources/updates
Optimized performance and load speed

Conversion Optimization

Strategic CTA placement (intent-driven, not random)
Demo-focused conversion funnel
Reduced friction in forms
Clear, prioritized messaging hierarchy

If your product is powerful but your website can’t explain it clearly, you’re losing qualified leads every day.
I design and build conversion-focused SaaS websites that simplify complex products and turn visitors into demos.
