As Chief AI Officer at US-based KOPA, working remotely from the UK, I designed, built and maintained the entire AI workflow powering everything Kopa Hub does.
The challenge
Commercial real estate due diligence involved a 600+ hour process of collecting and reviewing documents, extracting data, checking information across sources, tracking actions and preparing closing material.
What I built
I owned the end-to-end AI architecture, data pipelines, integrations, models, agentic workflows and production maintenance. The workflow automates document collection, data extraction, cross-document checks, action tracking and closing material generation, with human review retained.
The result
A 600+ hour process was reduced to just 3–4 hours. The system brings the workflow together into a practical process supported by evaluation, traceability and human oversight.
