Sully is building the clinical co-pilot for intake, calls, and notes. YC-backed, $32M+ raised, $150M valuation, and a growth curve most AI companies would stage a founder retreat over.
26× growth in 11 months.
The product was closing hospital systems. The website wasn't closing alongside it.
The problem
Sully was scaling from $0.5M to $5M ARR in nine months. Enterprise deals in the $15M+ range. Hospital buyers who show up to evaluation calls having already made 80% of their mind up on the website.
And the website wasn't keeping up.
Core product pages were inconsistent. The brand felt fragmented section to section. The AI agents that made Sully different were buried in copy, not shown in motion. For a company where every enterprise deal starts with a hospital exec opening the site before the demo, the website had quietly become the bottleneck in the sales cycle.
Enterprise deals don't stall in the demo. They stall before it.
The approach
One strategic call shaped everything: hospital executives don't read. They watch.
Concept. Each of Sully's AI agents does something specific inside a clinical workflow. Intake. Calls. Notes. Labs. The job of the landing pages wasn't to describe those agents, it was to let a buyer understand what each one actually does in under fifteen seconds. We treated each page as a short film with a hook, a mechanic, and a payoff.
Design. A consistent visual system across six agent pages, built so the brand finally read like one product instead of seven. Hero sections that named the agent and what it did in the same breath. Interface details pulled from the real product, not stock mockups. The kind of visual precision a hospital procurement team registers without being able to articulate why.
Motion. Every agent page uses motion to show the workflow in action. Not decorative motion. Explanatory motion. The "reading patient data" loop, the intake sequence, the call handling, the note generation. Motion carries the weight a demo would, so by the time a buyer gets on the call they already understand the product.
Development. Built in Framer for speed of iteration. Sully's team can update copy, swap screenshots, and ship new agent pages as the product expands, without a developer in the loop.
The outcome
The website stopped being a blocker and started being a closer.
Deals that used to stall on "let me share this with my team" started moving. One concept explainer page directly contributed to closing a major enterprise contract. The brand finally matched the caliber of company that was already paying for it.
Sully scaled to 20M+ minutes added to the clinical workforce. 26× growth in 11 months. NVIDIA spotlighted them as the case study for what AI can return to physicians. The website finally carries the story.
