Wyoming REALTORS: 3,000+ Members Synced to VoterVoice with n8n

Wyoming REALTORS speaks for the state's 3,000+ REALTOR members at the legislature. When a bill moves, it asks members to contact their legislators through VoterVoice, and an alert only works if it reaches current members at the right address. Membership lives with the National Association of REALTORS, and nothing connected those records to VoterVoice, so keeping the two in step meant checking and updating members by hand: more than 50 hours of staff work. Ahead of the 2026 legislative session, I built an n8n workflow that does it in about 15 minutes a run, with no data lost.

Is your team copying records between two systems that should talk to each other? I'll connect them so the work runs on its own. Book a call at cal.com/andres-sepulveda-morales or email andres@redmage.cc.

Alerts reach current members

Every member's status lands on their VoterVoice contact, so staff can filter to active members before an alert goes out. Members who lapse are flagged inactive rather than deleted, so their history is still there if they renew.

Every record lands at the right address

For each member, the workflow first validates the address with VoterVoice, then updates the contact with the result. Members with no home address on file go in with their business address. Matching runs on the member's NAR ID, a number that stays the same when an email address changes.

15 minutes instead of 50+ hours

The first version worked through members one at a time and took about an hour for the full roster. Moving each member into a sub-workflow that n8n runs in parallel brought a full run down to about 15 minutes.

The staff stay in charge

The roster sits in a Google Sheet the staff already worked from, and a run starts with one click. Before the session opened, the workflow ran on the new roster, and staff had an active-members view in VoterVoice ready for the first alerts.
