Cuba Travel Services is a licensed U.S. platform for travel to Cuba: visas, stays, transfers, tours and dining in one checkout. Its owners, Michael and Lisa Zuccato, run a family of travel brands around it, each for a different traveler. Since April 2026 I've been their fractional technologist, building what each brand needs to take bookings, on the stack their own team works in.
Running several brands on a small tech team? I work as your part-time technologist: building, fixing and keeping the booking side moving. Book a call at cal.com/andres-sepulveda-morales or email andres@redmage.cc.

Cuba Travel Services: stays and dining in the same cart

Travelers can now book accommodations and dining alongside everything else. Accommodations handle both whole-house buyouts and per-room pricing, occupancy price sheets, check-in and check-out times, and stop-sales that take a room off sale. Dining has its own menu of venues with a from-price worked out automatically and a booking cutoff, so a late booking can't reach checkout. Staff change rates, availability and listings from admin screens without touching code, and a permissions system decides which of twelve admin areas each staff member sees.

Marea Viajes: Caribbean trips and family reunions, in Spanish first

Marea Viajes: flights, hotels, tours and transfers from one search, in Spanish first.
Marea Viajes: flights, hotels, tours and transfers from one search, in Spanish first.
Marea Viajes serves Spanish-speaking travelers, including Cuban families planning to see each other again. I built its family-reunion page and lead form in Spanish and English, with WhatsApp a tap away, then the booking engine behind the brand: flights from Duffel, hotels from RateHawk and tours from Viator, priced again on the server before payment, in one cart. Orders complete through Stripe even if the traveler closes the browser, each line carries the supplier's booking reference, and an admin portal with roles and audit logs runs orders, pricing, suppliers and reports. A test booking goes from card to confirmed airline reservation end to end. The brand launches in the order the owners chose, hotels first.

Specialty Travel Group: booking under a luxury brand

Specialty Travel Group: the same booking search under a luxury brand.
Specialty Travel Group: the same booking search under a luxury brand.
Specialty Travel Group plans bespoke trips. Its booking side runs on the same supplier backbone: flights and hotels in one Stripe checkout, confirmed by the airline, with the confirmation email sent from the brand's own address. When flight search came back empty, I traced it to backend functions that hadn't been deployed yet and got the first test bookings confirmed, flight only and flight plus hotel.

Across the group

I also help across the group's other sites. When a publish took the Cuba Visa Services site down, I traced it to settings the publish had dropped, so the fix went in knowing the cause. Templates and repos are shared with the in-house team, so the work stays theirs to run.
One brand or several, and booking that has to work? Tell me what you sell and where it breaks. I'll build the part that takes the booking. Book a call at cal.com/andres-sepulveda-morales or email andres@redmage.cc.
