Summary & Goal

NEOM's executive board is divided into some Ministries. The Economic one wanted to have a dashboard to followup the budget on the creation of the city and The Line. As a NEOM's partner, FTI Delta Consultancy hired me as an expert in Data Visualization and Interaction Designer to improve the usability and synthesize the interactions within the minimum viable existing dashboard.

Process

They delivered some tables and I defined the best way to represent them finding the best graphs to be used in the minimum space. The Stakeholders wanted to have a very intuitive Overview to see the at a glance the right action to be performed or delegated.

Was all created with PowerBI and I had to adapt some Data Viz to its framework but finally I succeeded in delivering an interactive prototype that fit the framework and the client's needs.
