Guzzu hired me after I delivered a hi-fi MVPwise prototype for MintKnight (see other projects).
On the same Venture Capital, there was another startup with similar needs but for the B2C music market.
In this case, Guzzu had an MVP but they wanted to improve the usability and maintain and simplify the existing UI.
Process
I joined the team as a freelance and I attended the offices during meetings and to facilitate creation and research sessions.
I started by researching the User with some interviews and reviewing the existing market research.
After some Interviews and having defined the target I delivered 2 user Personas and some Journeys for them: basically web2 and web3 environments where the challenge was to provide both a fair and easy checkout.
Some research after hand-by-hand with the Product Owner and the main Developer, we defined 2 different and compatible checkouts (KYC approved).
In the meantime, I also provided a simplification of the UI for the homepage (screenshot) that highlighted the product (NFTs) avoiding all the unnecessary noise (attached OLD version).
