At EVOQ, we love taking on challenges that have a direct impact on people's daily work.
Our client, WealthRight, came to us with a critical operational problem.
They have a large team of on-ground sales agents who spend their days in busy urban locations like petrol pumps, malls, and public parks. These agents are the face of the company, but they were stuck using outdated tools.
The challenge
The entire lead generation process was manual.
Agents carried clipboards and stacks of physical paper forms while trying to talk to potential customers. This workflow was slow, messy, and inefficient. Handwriting was often difficult to read, which meant valuable customer data was frequently lost or incorrect.
Furthermore, the agents had no visibility into their own performance. They couldn't track their daily targets or see how far they were from their next location.
Stepping into the field
We knew we had to build something that worked as hard as the agents did.
We started by analyzing the actual paper forms they were using on the street. We conducted quick user interviews to understand the natural rhythm of a sales conversation.
We realized that the digital form shouldn't just be a copy of the paper version; it needed to flow like a real chat. We decided to re-sequence the questions to make the interaction feel friendly rather than like an interrogation.
The 7 day sprint.
We worked on a tight timeline of just one week to deliver this solution.
We moved rapidly from research to high-fidelity design. Our focus was strictly "mobile-first" because these agents are always on their feet.
The interface had to be clean, large enough to read in sunlight, and easy to use with just one hand.

We introduced several smart UX features to solve specific pain points:
Smart Activity Points: The app uses location data to show agents exactly how far they are from their next spot (e.g., "10m away" or "1.2km away"). This helps them plan their travel efficiently.
The "Nudge" UI: We added progress bars at the bottom of the forms. This simple visual cue gamifies the process and encourages agents to fill in every single detail.
Instant Verification: We replaced manual checks with a non-intrusive OTP pop-up. This verifies the lead's phone number instantly without breaking the flow of conversation.
Live Motivation: Agents can now see a live tally of their "Leads Added Today," giving them a sense of accomplishment and clarity on their targets.

QuickTap successfully transformed the daily hustle for WealthRight's team.
We replaced the messy clipboard with a streamlined digital partner. Now, every lead is captured accurately, verified on the spot, and synced immediately to the company database.
For us at EVOQ Design Labs, this project was a perfect example of how small, thoughtful design tweaks can create a massive improvement in efficiency.
