The company "Tiberium" is a team of young and highly qualified professionals who ensure high product quality. Their laboratory controls the quality of incoming raw materials and finished products, guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and quality. Tiberium turned to me because they had the following issues:
- Many calls with the same questions
- The belief that if you are not on the Internet, your business does not exist
- A desire to enter international markets
🔑 Key Achievements:
- I proposed addressing the issue of frequent calls with a "most frequently asked questions" section. Now, when people call, they place an order rather than asking for details.
- I also introduced and explained on the website which department is responsible for what and which phone line to call for various issues.
- Additionally, work is underway on translating the site into English and Polish to enter the international market.
- User-Centric Website: The website was designed with a user-centric approach, offering an intuitive and enjoyable browsing experience.
- Responsive Design: The website is fully responsive, ensuring seamless access across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- SEO Optimization: Content was optimized for search engines, improving the brand's online visibility.
