A Fresh Tarte

A Fresh Tarte, the bakery run by Love Quinn & Joe Goldberg, needs a new look in 2022. They’ve been experiencing a slow period due to some nasty rumours, so they need your help to save face and get customers to return!

A Fresh Tarte is a café in the world of the Netflix series “You”. Their branding was a mess and they were in desperate need of a new brand identity to get more customers so by using a range of typographical techniques, I produced a logo based on 3 fonts. I used sketches that I did to get a rough basis on the type of brand mark I wanted to introduce which included bakery goodies such as bread and doughnuts. The colour brown connotes simplicity, and that is the feeling I intended to promote in this piece of work, by using simple techniques, I was able to produce a new brand identity for A Fresh Tarte.
