UndaTech is a start-up engineering fire-safe protective and performance undergarments for defence, government, first responders, and athletes. Their buyers are procurement leads, and procurement runs on trust built over time, not impulse purchases. The problem was visibility: without a credible place to show the products, there was nothing to point a potential buyer to, nothing to follow up a conversation with, and no way to keep the relationship warm between meetings. B2C might come later, or it might not, so the platform had to keep that door open without betting on it. Shopify was the right fit for exactly that reason.
