Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) suggests that as much as 30% of the population suffer from anemia due to prolonged iron deficiency. Demand for supplements grows as this figure is popularized and my brand work with The Iron Egg helped position them as the leading physical solution.
Iron Egg brand guidelines
Simplicity sells.
The product is simple; an iron egg that can be dropped into boiling water releasing iron, which can then be ingested to combat iron deficiency. As a result, I placed particular emphasis on simplicity, by designing the brand to be black and white.
Packaging design
Spinning into action.
The website would go on to feature a 3D rendering of the egg that spins and follows the user as they interact with the website. Emphasizing what the product looked like was important and led to increased sales when it was featured on the website.
