Challenge
The primary challenge was to address the core customer pain point. Monument customers are big fans of performance enhancers. But they also have the subsequent need for specialized recovery tools.
The current digital presence didn't show the scientific credibility of the gear. This made visitors unsure.
The project demanded a strategic solution that would build immediate trust.

Process
The design process started by finding key gaps in the past user experience.
I initiated a design track focused on one critical question:
How can layout and information structure help a customer quickly see the product as their best recovery solution?
The new strategy focused on maximizing the perceived value of the product.
I created two design directions. Each one highlights the unique features and benefits of the products more clearly.
A Synthesized approach
The final aesthetic is a strategic fusion of two initial design concepts. I incorporated the most favored elements into a cohesive new look.
This approach created a sleek visual style. It also focused on improving the overall user experience.
Despite retaining the original logo, I built a cohesive and powerful branding system. This included a new color palette, typography, and visual style.
These changes show the company's focus on both intensity and relief, as seen in the final UI.
Optimized User Journey & Experience
I improved the browsing experience on desktop and mobile. Now, users can quickly find the products that match their recovery needs.
This design makes navigation easier. It keeps all item descriptions clear and intact.
UX/UI & E-commerce Strategy
I redesigned the entire website's UX and UI. The new design focused on clear information and easy navigation.
I made the buying process easy. And crafted the product pages to serve as detailed case studies for the gear.
The visual design uses vibrant imagery and a bold style. This reflects the customer's commitment and attitude.
This created a strong brand personality that actively sets Monument apart from competitors.
