I was brought on board a growing support team while STLFLIX was in its early startup phase. This is where I first made contact with Intercom as a customer service platform. Here are some of the achievements that were made:
- Helped 8000+ customers through various support channels
- Achieved 90.1% CSAT (Customer satisfaction score, 15% higher than industry standard)
- Created workflows, leveraging Fin AI and user insights, to support over 50,000 users in 6 different languages.
- Assisted and maintained product tours that were used over 114,000 times by users.
