The founders of AutoIGDM knew that they were missing out on the potential that Intercom's tools offer. After being brought on board, we quickly got to work and achieved these results:
Created a custom workflow that was used by 235 users in the first month while achieving an 83% completion rate.
Implemented a tactic within the workflow that collected 83 new leads.
In the first month, went from 0 conversations to 8% of total conversations being automatically closed by a chatbot.
