A giving experience platform that helps nonprofits create branded donation pages and track fundraising impact.
Challenge
WeGive needed a consistent design system to power both sides of their SaaS platform:
Donor Portal: where individuals give, track donations, and manage recurring contributions.
NPO Portal: where nonprofits build donation pages, monitor funds raised, and manage campaigns.
The goal was to deliver a scalable, consistent design comp set in Figma for faster development and a unified experience across both audiences.
Approach
Component Library in Figma: Built a fully functional, reusable design system (buttons, forms, cards, tables, navigation) to ensure consistency.
Donor Portal: Designed intuitive donation flows, clear transaction history, recurring gift management, and mobile-first layouts.
NPO Portal: Created a simple yet powerful dashboard for NGOs to:
Set up campaigns/donation pages.
Track total funds raised.
View supporter engagement.
Collaboration: Worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the design aligned with both donor trust and NPO usability.
Outcome
Delivered a complete design comp set in Figma for both portals.
Enabled WeGive to maintain consistency across user types while scaling features.
Empowered nonprofits with a clear, data-driven fundraising dashboard and donors with a seamless giving experience.
