I've been engaged by a client serving a massive CRM execution on Salesforce Marketing clound in order to rethink the way they deliver and add an additional automation layer on what they are doing in a way to avoid wrong send out and poor quality. For this process I worked together with the project manager in order to map exactly the roles and responsability of the team (internal and offshore) and how they behavior on the platform. At the end of the project we created a new ways of work in 3 main phases (Brief consolidation, Campaign set up, Marketing automation delivery) by creating a Sharepoint dashboard, added clear approval steps and adding Automation in properties QA (checking the segmentation sinthax), campaign kit creation in excel and JIRA reporting
