Crate an Automation framework for Agency web operations

I worked with an agency who got a big client and had to delivery lot of content management and relative QA in a time sensitive environment and without beng able to satisfy the necessary staffing. For this role I bring a 2 person team on automation developers and create an automation roadmap in order to automate the tasks according to the expected benefit and time to develop the bots. At the end of the project 40+ automations has been developed covering: - the content authoring of the digital properties on the CMS; - the project management (ex. notification system, ticketing export) - Quality assurance (ex. GA4 checks, 404 notifications) At the end of it 18.000 hours has been saved per year
