Implementing AI driven Automation solution for a corporate

in 2024 I lead the creation of 2 Hyperautomation products in a well established corporate who wanted to leverage the level of service and get a step further the achiavement of the digital twins. Specifially: Knowledge management AI We created an automation which is picking up at regular basis the governances documents and train a chatGPT based bot. The result is an iterface where asking any questiona about the processes, the owners and know- how and getting an answer and the material to get into to more information. Smart assistant As the client had several automation (unattended and UI wrapped) I lead the analysis and the creation of a smart assistant based on ChatGPT, MongoDB and Langchain which collect the requirement in natural language and then trigger by himself the proper automation for achieve the request.
