Engaged by LK Bennett to improve the stability of their Hybris eCommerce platform. Sales were being lost due to the platform failing to handle large spikes in traffic associated with media coverage.

Follow the recommended changes the platform remained stable allowing stock to sellout during following traffic spikes. Online conversion improved from 0.49% to 1.5%

• Performed management and technical review existing Hosting, Support and Development providers

• Made recommendations to improve stability and functionality of the Hybris based eCommerce platform.

• Ran the tender process for hosting the Hybris platform in the cloud

• Managed the migration of the Hybris platform to Ultra Serve running in Amazon Cloud (AWS)

• Ran a tender process to find a Managed Service capability for ongoing support and development on Hybris

• Managed the transition to Eclipse Group and kick off for the first 12 months of project work around the Hybris platform

• eCommerce lead and Technical Architect in an IT Strategy review led by Quru. The review recommended several “fix it” projects and options to deliver Multi Channel capabilities

• Provided Solution and Technical Architecture capability to other L.K. Bennett project streams
