Engaged by DigitasLBi to oversee the Integration, Architecture (Infrastructure & Solution), Security and Data Migration aspects of a Hybris re-platform program for TJX Europe.
The project included a considerable amount for integration into existing TJX systems in Europe and the US. This was to ensure a solid foundation for further expansion of TJX brands into the European market
• New platform was successfully launched Aug 2017
• In conjunction with Architects and Tech Leads responsible for the technical design of solutions.
• Had a lead role in project discovery and definition workshops, creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
• Provided technical direction and guidance, development oversight, and support the successful delivery of program.
• Provided technical and consulting support to major work streams (e.g. Business Readiness, Transition, Data and Test)
• Designed, implemented and supported multiple Dev & CI environments (git, Jenkins, Sonar)
• Provided day to day support to TJX test teams including initial triage of issues raised
• Provided technical problem resolution to complex issues.
