Created successful POC for Hollander for their salvage yard customers that was competitive to any existing software. I fulfilled all data visualization requests made of the Project Manager in a timely manner, but also, I introduced KPIs that would empower the end users to be able to make better decisions and quantify their turn around in 6 and 12 month increments. All they had to do was plug in a vehicle in the interface I created and out would populate the ROI based on what they already had on their lot, the insurance rating of the cumulative parts in question (that could also be isolated by drill-through mechanism) and integrated with regional marketing information (i.e.: turn-around time, regional supply vs. demand, etc.).
