A content agency had dozens of blog ideas scattered across Notion. Drafting articles was slow, and communication across the team was messy.
My Solution
I set up a Make scenario:
Trigger: New content idea added to Notion.
Step 1: Send idea to OpenAI → generate a blog draft in Google Docs.
Step 2: Format doc and assign writer automatically.
Step 3: Notify the content team in Slack with the link.
Results
Cut first-draft creation time by 70%.
Organized workflow from idea → draft → review.
Enabled the team to publish 2–3 extra blogs per month without extra hires.
