My Solution
I built a Zapier workflow:
Trigger: Typeform submission.
Step 1: Auto-create a new HubSpot CRM entry.
Step 2: Send instant Slack notification to the sales channel.
Step 3: Draft a personalized email using OpenAI → send via Gmail.
Results
Lead follow-up time reduced from 1 day to a few minutes.
