The development of the documentation learning materials was focused on educating and empowering Cisco Renewal Sellers seeking insights, strategies, and best practices relating to Cisco’s Global Renewals Process. I implemented ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to scale the content as the business evolves through interviews, documentation, templates, and style guides.
