Creating a website for a Gen Z-led brand means more than making something look modern. It needs a recognisable visual identity, a strong first impression, and an experience that feels intentional from the outset.

The challenge was to combine an experimental aesthetic with a coherent interface, without letting visual complexity overwhelm the brand.

Three priorities shaped our approach:

Stand out visually. Move away from conventional layouts and create a distinctive digital identity.

Balance contrasting aesthetics. Combine the depth and translucency of glassmorphism with the raw, expressive character of brutalist design.

Design and build as one system. Ensure the final website reflects the original creative direction rather than compromising it during development.

We explored a design language built around the contrast between two distinct approaches.

Translucent surfaces and layered visual elements introduce depth and a contemporary feel. This approach adds dimension to the interface and creates visual separation between elements.

Bold compositions, strong visual contrast, and unconventional design choices bring character to the experience. The objective was to give the website an edge without making it feel visually disconnected.

The real work was in the balance. Glassmorphism provides depth, while brutalist principles bring structure and attitude. Together, they establish a visual direction that feels expressive without losing cohesion.
