Memate approached me with an outdated platform in need of a complete overhaul. We started from scratch, developing a modern design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and a polished UI. The project involved a full web app redesign, enhancing usability while improving the UX in key areas. In addition, I designed the mobile app and crafted a new landing page, making this a well-rounded project covering all aspects of product design. Through close collaboration with the CEO and development team, we ensured the new design aligned with strategic goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. User testing played a key role in refining the experience, leading to a cleaner, more intuitive platform.
