Redesigning a FinTech SaaS Platform for Usability and Growth

Tallied is an operating system for modern credit card programs. Tallied provides a fully integrated, single infrastructure and program management solution for both consumer and commercial credit card programs providing brands, fintechs, and marketplaces with advanced and secure credit card launching and building tools.

As a UI/UX designer, I was involved in developing tallied.io, a SaaS application. My role required a mix of creative design and technical skills to create an effective user interface. Challenge: The main challenge was working in a team with a senior designer who had over 20 years of experience, including with major corporations like Sony and Adobe. The task involved understanding and integrating their high-level expertise into my work.

• Mentorship: Worked directly under a senior designer with 30+ years of experience at companies like Adobe and Sony, refining my skills and learning advanced design strategies.

• Research: Conducted interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand users and the competitive landscape deeply.

• Design System: Built and implemented a scalable design system for a large fintech platform, improving design consistency and development speed.

• Collaboration: Streamlined team communication and solved challenges, ensuring clear alignment with project goals.

• Growth: Gained hands-on experience in balancing aesthetics and functionality, enhancing my UI/UX expertise and teamwork skills.
