The project consisted in the creation of a dynamic dashboard that shows the properties for sale on Zillow.com, along with a financial analysis of the expected return on investment. The dashboard would constitute a template that could then be edited according to the search criteria provided by the client.

The solution consisted in the creation of:

Google Sheets template for search data entry, prioritizing an efficient and quick search

Report request form, where the client can fill in the desired search requirements

Dashboard in Looker Studio to display search results, as well as to allow evaluating investment scenarios

The dashboard, in turn, has the following functionalities:

Description of properties for sale and identification of the best options.

Possibility to filter by area and quality of the property

Possibility of editing the evaluation parameters (mortgage conditions, payment term, house price, etc.).

Return on investment calculator based on the chosen parameters.

Estimation of possible scenarios based on the desired return on investment.
