Designed a new performance management area for Zelt, an HR platform for growing companies.
As the sole designer on the product area, I worked directly with the CEO and Head of Product to design performance reviews and engagement surveys from the ground up — from complex flows and permissions to detailed UI, prototypes, and developer handoff.
