Irina Posan: Career Coach & Author Website on Kajabi

Client: Irina Posan, career coach, speaker and author Platform: Kajabi Scope: Full website design (desktop, tablet and mobile)

The Brief

She reached out to me to help her build a new website for her brand.
Irina’s work spans three things: coaching, speaking and her book, The Career Cravings Book. The challenge with a personal brand like hers is that visitors arrive with different intentions. Some want to hire her, some want to book her for an event, and some just want the book. The site needed to serve all three without feeling crowded.

Brand & Design Direction

The palette is warm gold, cream and soft blue-grey, with deep charcoal in the footer. It feels premium and approachable, which suits a coach who works with people through career transitions. Gold is reserved for buttons and key accents, so the next action is always easy to spot.
Typography pairs a refined serif for headlines with a clean sans-serif for body text. A handwritten “Career Cravings” script above the hero headline adds a personal touch without cluttering the page.

Structure & User Journey

The page is built so each visitor can quickly find their path:
Hero: an outcome-focused headline (“The Career You Crave Is Closer Than You Think”) with one clear CTA, “Work With Irina.”
Credibility strip: six key numbers on a cream band right below the hero, so trust is built before anyone scrolls further.
Personal introduction: a warm “Hi, I’m Irina Posan” section with a black-and-white portrait and two CTAs, one for coaching and one for the book.
“As Featured In”: the media logos Irina has earned, placed ahead of the offers.
Three offer blocks: the book, speaking, and working together. Each has its own image and a single CTA, and the alternating background tones separate them so they read as distinct choices.
Closing quote and team: a personal pull-quote with signature, followed by the team section.
Final CTA: “Let’s Build a Career You Love” above a clean footer.

Responsive Design

Each device is designed for how it’s used. On desktop, the hero uses the full width with the headline and button over the lifestyle photo. On tablet, the content stacks into full-width bands so each offer gets its own space. On mobile, the layout becomes a single column with the same section order, so the journey stays the same on a smaller screen.

Key Design Decisions

One primary action per section: each block has a single button, so visitors aren’t choosing between competing CTAs. Credibility before offers: the stats and press logos appear before any ask, which suits a personal brand where trust drives the decision. Consistent section order across devices: the story reads the same on every screen.
