Personal and professional development and coaching opportunities
Wellness reimbursements
Volunteer opportunities
Monthly learning days
Corporate retreat room upgrades
Additional collaboration included direct communication with health benefits brokers to initiate and administer health plans and employee insurance booklets, and acting as a liaison to support international team members.
