🤝 Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Experience

Collaborated with 10 members of the leadership team to build the ultimate employee onboarding experience including:

collecting required new hire paperwork and legal documents

creating custom Google slide decks for each hire with supporting checklists

designing a company-wide new hire checklist for people leaders

ordering and mailing company devices such as laptops and headphones

curating and sending swag boxes with custom t-shirts, backpacks, and coffee mugs

scheduling onboarding call with key members of their team

reverse-engineering the onboarding process to create the offboarding experience
