Neomanis is an IT support solution built on a customizable human-machine interface aimed at solving simple issues and escalating more complex ones. By delegating this first level of response, it optimizes resources and enhances user satisfaction through increased efficiency: escalated tickets are well-qualified and thoroughly documented, providing the support staff with a wide array of tools to resolve the issue.
I had the opportunity to be part of this project, which concluded shortly after the completion of its MVP. For almost two years, I helped the brand develop its branding and led the entire UX and UI design process in collaboration with the dev team. While not a fully-fledged design system, the project included a vast number of components for both the software and its heavy client interface. This remains one of my most comprehensive experiences in this field.
