Founded in Belgium in 2017, BeCode is a coding school in Brussels created in partnership with the French academic group Simplon. The training is free and focuses on providing practical, job-ready skills, with several companies ready to hire graduates at the end of the program. BeCode is supported by various institutions and private groups.

I assisted the founders in shaping BeCode’s branding and initial communication materials. Over five years, BeCode expanded to Flanders and Wallonia, while remaining committed to gender equality and diversity. In 2021, a women-only IT training program supported by Microsoft was launched. By 2023, BeCode had trained over 3,000 students, most of whom secured employment or started their own businesses.
