Professional Experience
Client Report
Solution: Automation solution of generating a 33 page client report analysing advertisement performances under 5 minutes with a click of a button.
Outcome: 41 reports were delivered to a Tier 1 client within 3 months at no increase in operations cost meaning higher profit margins for the company.
Financial Report
Solution: Optimised 3 hour manual monthly reporting for survey reconciliation to 2 minutes. This produced:
1) Monthly report with summary and detailed breakdown per survey with cost pre-reconciliation and cost post-reconciliation
2) Dashboard with MoM trend of expected and actual reconciliation refund, average CPI costs for financial prediction
3) Exported CSV files of RIDs for reconciliation submission
Outcome: Saved the company over £5K within 4 months of launch.
