I wanted to ensure that the user experience was seamless and intuitive. To achieve this, I collaborated with the analysts and lawyers at the firm to learn their key processes.

This allowed me to visualize the user journey and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that the app was easy to use and navigate. By creating a user flow, I was able to ensure that the design of the app was optimized for user satisfaction and efficiency.
