Kambly is a Swiss commercial bakery and manufacturer of biscuits that exports their products globally. This was a product I worked with them while working at an agency.
Requirements
Kambly needed an improved newsletter that increased the conversion rates, increased purchases and reduced the unsubscriber rate. More over they needed to retain their brand and have a more traditional type of newsletter.
Analysis
The first step was to analyze the exisiting newsletter to see how to address stakeholder needs while improving both the user experience and user interface.

After multiple iterations and feedbacks with the Kambly team, two newletter designs were delivered. One was more traditional and with minimal creativity as per Kambly stakeholder requirements and the other was a more creative angle which the team liked.

Next steps
With the changes in the newsletter, Kambly can measure the conversion rate using the 'learn more' link that is highlighted and clear CTA button of the 'Shop Now'. At the same time, the newsletter Best selling section drives traffic to their original website.
