Project Overview

A Medical Spa chain in Miami Florida just got ahold of a new product called Emsculpt Neo. I was the media buyer in this project and was tasked with running the ads and coordinating with a team of developers, designers, video editors, and copywriters to generate profitable leads for this MedSpa.
We were selling Emsulpt Neo, a new fat sculpting service that cost roughly $4K for 4 treatments.
The client was responsible for closing and following up with leads that we provided, our job was to streamline as much of this as possible. Not shown in this case study is the follow-up email and text flow that sequenced these leads to incentive them to show up to a demo.

Results Generated

73 Leads, ~$55 cost per lead,
4 paying customers, ~$1,005 cost per customer
~$16,000 revenue generated from advertising leads.
It took 1 full week from lead to paying customer for the first paying customer. In the first month we had generated over $40K from this service but could not attribute all customers to our ad efforts since some in the remarketing ads have used this Medical Spa before.

Ad Creative

Here is a link to the top-performing video creative we ran. We started off in testing 5 different ad creatives to start and then optimized the ad copy as we gathered data.
